These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BestHomeShop website (besthomeshop.com) and the purchase of products from our store. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products

All products sold by BestHomeShop are handcrafted ceramic items. Due to the artisan nature of our products, minor variations in color, texture, and finish are inherent and not considered defects. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly represent the item received.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using one of our accepted payment methods.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our processing queue. Cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us immediately. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be in production or dispatch.

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. BestHomeShop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BestHomeShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
